Meet Jeremy Prucel, a Program Manager at our Austin Experience Center. Outside of his work here at Everise, Jeremy enjoys growing pineapples. This may look like a simple hobby for some, it poses a lot of challenges, especially in your patience—something that has been beneficial in his career here at Everise.

Deepening your knowledge of a language is essential for developing your communication skills. And for our Everiser, Dwayne Freeman, a Licensed Benefit Adviser at our McGregor Experience Center, it’s something that he actively seeks.

Moving far from home is can be an isolating experience. But  if you find people who treat you like family, home doesn’t feel so far away. And that’s what happened to Eduardo Ong, a Customer Service Representative from our Las Vegas Experience Center, when he joined Everise.

Outstanding customer service for all requires passion and dedication. And that’s what Sophia Holt delivers as a Customer Representative at our Salt Lake City Experience Center. Her approach to customer service can be summed up with her own words, “it doesn’t matter where you came from as long as we get to do things together, love each other, and take care of one another.

Dee Sullivan, one of our Everisers at Austin Experience Center. When she’s not helping out customers, she’s probably writing a song about her day. Dee’s heart and determination in following her passion is a testament that you can pursue anything in life.

Going through hardships and challenges can alter any person's perspective in life. This is something that Melani Hadzic, a German Language Support Specialist from our Limerick Experience Center, had learned early on in her life. Today, she uses these experiences to fuel her drive in her personal and professional endeavors.

Balancing your passion with your work is not easy, but not impossible. All it takes is the right attitude and mindset. Take Aysah Reyes Dalida for example, a Trainer at our Manila Everise Experience Center. On top of molding future agents, she is also a member of the Philippine national team for squash, a sport that involves a racket and ball played by two or four players in a four-walled court.
