Becoming a leader is a challenging but a very fulfilling experience. Jamaria Rutledege, a Supervisor form Everise Las Vegas, is a testament to this. At a young age, she challenged her capabilities by enrolling in advance honors classes in high school. Her persistence and hard work paid off as she eventually graduated with honors. The laser focus determination that she displayed in her young years is still evident today, especially in her role as a Supervisor here at Everise.

Before moving in the United States to follow his parents, he was a student-athlete playing soccer in college under scholarship. Unfortunately, he got injured which led him to lose his scholarship.

If there’s a word to describe Fran Brumit, it would be dedicated. On top of being a Licensed Health and Life Insurance Agent, she religiously accompanies her dog to training to become a therapy dog. It is not just her dog that goes through training, she herself partakes in it. On days that they are not in training, Fran keeps her lovely dog in tiptop shape.
